A frustrated educator

I love all the podcasts, but this one, well it really spoke to me. I am a high school math teacher who is so frustrated with our current system. I have ordered Todd’s first book, and cannot wait for it to arrive tomorrow so I can read it. Please have him back.
One issue is most educators have been trained in the same manor with the same end game in mind. We need training to better help our students just like they need it for their future.
