Just finished listening to the podcast about AB5 and Tom Odom with Will Swaim. As I listened, I thought this also puts independent (thinking) contractors under the thumb of HR department’s DEI requirements, as well as trying to control peoples opinions, or free expression thereof, under penalty of unemployment.

I think you should have Dr. Temple Grandin. She was on Dr. Jordan Peterson’s podcast and expressed the importance of doing hands on work, encouraging technical vocations, and why we need to be able to “fix” our own stuff (not leave it to others). Thanks for all you do to bring awareness to the trades and making it possible to pursue.
