Great podcast with bonus insomnia cure

I do love this podcast so much. Mike is so smart and has great guests. It’s not enough to have great guests but an excellent interview involves listening to your guest. Mike and Chuck do that well. I cannot wait for the new episode to come out each week. Thank you for the bonus content of Mrs. Rowe’s book. That was a treat.

As a bonus if my brain is not shutting off while at night, when I climb in between the sheets, I will turn on this podcast and set a sleep timer for 30 minutes. Mike’s voice is like a cup of hot chocolate, and I have never made the end of the sleep timer. that just means I go back and listen to the full podcast when I am awake and ready for action.
