Great podcast with bonus insomnia cure

I do love this podcast so much. Mike is so smart and has great guests. It’s not enough to have great guests but an excellent interview involves listening to your guest. Mike and Chuck do that well. I cannot wait for the new episode to come out each week. Thank you for the bonus content of Mrs. Rowe’s book. That was a treat. Any content with Peggy Rowe is a treat.

This may sound like anti-praise, but if my brain is not shutting off at night, when I climb in between the sheets, I will turn on this podcast and set a sleep timer for 30 minutes. Mike’s voice is like a cup of hot chocolate, and I have never made the end of the sleep timer. Don’t fret though, I always go back and listen to the full podcast when I am awake and ready for action.
