Best Podcast
Thank you Mike and Chuck. I always look forward to the new episode each Tuesday. Always entertaining and with a little bite. Keep up the 5 star work!

Irish goodbye
Have Megan Kelly again soon !!!!

An Excellent Production
I just listened to the Megyn Kelly episode. FANTASTIC! Mike does a phenomenal job of dissecting issues large and small. Friendly, topical, honest, and a joy to listen to. Sometimes left, sometimes right, and always entertaining. I recommend this show!

Suspended belts
Every show is great. Megyn Kelly has one of my favorite podcasts so the Rowe/Kelly combo was truly great fun. “I could but I don’t want to.” Hysterical. My philosophy exactly.

5 stars
Great show really like how humble Mike is and how he only wants to talk about the guest. Don’t change a thing so funny.

Love the podcast/Hate the length
Hi Mike! When you first started your podcast, I loved it. The episodes were short and to the point. I could “binge listen” to several of them while walking my dog. I gave the “expanded” version a chance but I don’t have the time to slog thru a daily 60+ minute show. Still have over 35 “long shows” on my iPod (yes, I still have one). I may get to them eventually. I know I’m probably in the minority of listeners who favored the “short podcast.” Glad to be able to share my thoughts with you. Roy Martinez Savannah, Texas

Always entertaining
Educational, informative and entertaining.

My favorite podcast! And I listen to a lot of podcasts…
I’ve listened to every episode so far. I started listening for the entertainment, but this podcast has become so much more! Educational, informative, idea-bending - so many different guests from all walks of life. The conversations give me hope, inspire me, and present new ideas for me to consider. And of course, I love Peggy! Thank you Mike and Chuck for broadening my horizons while bringing a smile to my face. Keep up the great work and keep bringing harmony to your advertisements. Wherever this show goes next, I’m in!

Ridiculously awesome
I loved Dirty Jobs, but now I realize Mike Rowe is actually a genius in reality checking.

Better than any reality TV show
Informative and entertaining, from serious to comedy, Mike covers it all. Along with his cohost Chuck! Great podcast!

Two Thumbs up
Unapologetically honest.

Inspiring
Entertaining in formative and yes inspiring!I am screaming so loud inside my heart because that was such a great show! Paul (Saul) on the road to Damascus

A cup of coffee with my Mom
I LOVE this extra episode, please make this a weekly thing! I’m hysterically laughing while working out, stopping to (catch my breath from laughing/snorting) text my friends to listen to this! BEST EPISODE TO DATE!!!!

Head and shoulders above
I think Mike has Joe Rogan beat. He consistently has meaningful conversations with people of great depth.

A frustrated educator
I love all the podcasts, but this one, well it really spoke to me. I am a high school math teacher who is so frustrated with our current system. I have ordered Todd’s first book, and cannot wait for it to arrive tomorrow so I can read it. Please have him back. One issue is most educators have been trained in the same manor with the same end game in mind. We need training to better help our students just like they need it for their future.

One of a kind
Mike - and Chuck! -always find a new and interesting way to say a “thing”. Mike’s breadth of knowledge gives him the ability to say or sing common sense in a fresh way.

Excellent Episode with Todd Rose
So much interesting content, I think I will listen to it again. As always I am amazed by how much research Mike has done before he does the interview.

Great Way to Get Information on Current Topics!
Love that every time I listen to an episode I get insider knowledge on topics and issues that I would not have heard about otherwise. I try to keep up to date on the world but it seems to be getting more challenging. This podcast gives me a chance to keep up and have an entertaining experience at the same time. I also love that I seem to come away with a book or two added to my “to read” list. Thanks for your work Mike!

From scientists to his mother to truck drivers and welders 5 Star Podcast
I’ve listened to each and every one of these podcasts and they come as a breath of fresh air in a world covered in the smog of out of touch, pretentious forces pressuring the American society today. My young kids listen with me and The Way I Heard It has created great conversations on topics I’d never thought to have- enemas, artificial insemination, student loans, suicide, what really is out in space, communism, socialism, a republic, WD40, and many more. Though my kids’ love the short historical stories best, I really enjoy the in-depth conversations with folks from all different backgrounds making my world and my kids’ worlds better. Top podcast in a very competitive list.

Great Show
Mike and Chuck, Great job, great topics and humor rolled into one great show. Your podcasts makes patrolling the streets of Texas easier. Barry L. Moore

Never know what I’ll hear when I tune in
I’ve enjoyed short stories, great interviews, and recently Peggy Rowe’s narrated book. This podcast brings so much joy to my otherwise monotonous daily chores.

Glimmer of Hope
I’m not one to jump on bandwagons or fall for confirmation bias … so, if that’s what is happening right now then I guess episode 295 has officially changed me! I could’ve easily (and eagerly) enjoyed another 2 hours of the conversation with Todd Rose. I have long been a proponent of a non-traditional path and speak often with anyone that will listen about how outdated the industrial revolution based lives we live are - especially in relation to education. Thank you for this dialogue - listening to it today, I felt a small but powerful ray of light in what has felt like an inescapable darkness. Too dramatic? Oh well - thank you Mike for being you and for the guests you bring on this show!

Time flies by on this pod
It’s laughs. It’s stories. It’s ideas. It’s even 6 part harmony at times. Listen to one episode and you’ll be hooked by Mike’s charm and voluminous vocabulary.

re: episode 295
AMEN AMEN AND AMEN. As a parent who refused to subject my child to the PARCC test (and other educational “mandates”), I say AMEN! Say it louder for the people in the back! Covid pulled back the curtain on the great and powerful education mafia. It showed the SAT is irrelevant too.

The Way I Heard It
So informative! Love it! Especially Peggy Rowe reading her 3rd best selling book!

Loved Episode 295
And I have to think there is a synergy between this topic and Men Without Work. Keep up the great work!

Best series of episodes yet
Including the last episode of 2022, this is the best bunch yet. As far as everyone lying to everyone else about current social issues, I have to disagree. It’s why I lost my job at MSU a little over a year ago.

Like visit with my brothers
I’ve always loved Mike Rowe’s voice and his willingness to just say what he thinks but I have become a huge fan of this podcast for two reasons: 1. He talks to fascinating people in a long form discussion and I’ve learned so much. 2. And really the main reason I tune in, the banter between Mike and Chuck reminds me of being with my 3 brothers - lots of laughs, teasing, sarcasm and smarts all deeply imbued with love for one another. Thanks Mike & Chuck keep up the good work

Todd Rose eye opening.
Wow. I found myself saying “yes” out loud while driving and listening. Thanks for another great conversation!!!!
