Mike Rowe!
I love listening to a great voice talking. Mike has one of those voices. I like the projects he has been on for television, but I was surprised to stumble on this podcast and to hear a wide range of podcast topics. And Peggy, how to even describe her amazing contributions to the podcast? I love to listen to all of her stories. Guys keep up the amazing work on this podcast!

Thank you Mike Rowe!!!
Iā€™m sitting here in Puyallup, WA fresh off a cross country trip spent listening to my favorite podcast. Six days on the road pulling a fifth wheel trailer gets a little boring at times. My wife is fully engaged watching whatever series is popular right now and my 3 year old is off on an adventure with Blaze and the Monster Machines in the backseat. Iā€™m left entertain myself on what was the least eventful stretch of Interstate of the journey just outside Butte Montana. Then I hear it. From Hollybush to Hollywood. I mentally pause for a second. Wait, did he say Hollybush? I know a Hollybush; no-way itā€™s the same place. I mean no-one has heard of Hollybush, KY. Right? At least no-one outside the hollar. That was one of my favorite episodes. You see, this time last year I was in Knott County, KY while my wife worked at Hazard ARH. My wife is a travel nurse and we spend countless hours on the road traveling from one assignment to the next. I said all that to say this. Mike, Thank you! Your podcast has kept me entertained and alert while driving from one stop to the next. Iā€™m glad to hear the short stories are coming back, (The Rest of the Story was my favorite on FM radio) but I also really enjoy the witty banter of the current format. And of-course we all want to hear more of Americaā€™s Grandmother. Keep up the good work.

Does Mom Really Vacum In The Nude
Another winner for Peggy , Mike & Chuck!! Great interview, much respect for Mike & Chuck. Fantastic documentary from Matt & DW

Nothing Rhymes with Ninety
Mike, After listening to your plight about trying to rhyme something with the word ā€œninetyā€ for your dadā€™s birthday, I was inspired to write this little four line verse. Hope you enjoy, and your dad does too. Here goes. Nothing rhymes with ninety so Just give up and let it go You tried your best and now you know Nothing rhymes with ninety, Rowe!

Quickly becoming my favorite podcast
Love the humor and wit in this podcast. But it is serious too. The sex vs gender podcast should be required listening. Keep up the good work!!

Good stuff
Interview with Matt Walsh was spot on. I may not agree with everything from Mike and Chuck, but i have a hard time disagreeing with any of there method nor intentions. Great job fellas! * Now, how about an interview with Dean Karnazes!

Great show!
Great show with a wide range of guests and topics, refreshing!

Episode 206 question answered
Hey Mike & Chuck, iā€™m catching up after being away for a while. In episode 206, Chuck took a personal interlude, during which time you, Mike, delivered a monologue about your purpose on the podcast. In the following minutes, Mike, you ask a question of the listener and Chuck. You asked ā€œWhy do they listen?ā€ But in your preceding monologue, and the last 15 or so episodes specifically, thereā€™s been numerous occasions of the answer to this question. Unapologetic authenticity. In a world full of fake news, filtered photos, where everyone has an opportunity to be online, I choose to listen either to things with which I disagree or things which push me to become more of who I want to be. I want to be known as authentic. Happy, sad, melancholy or gleeful, I want to be real and be surrounded by and known by those who appreciate me because of my authenticity. Thank you for offering some of that to a village of people who appreciates it.

Great voice of reason
Enjoyed the latest episode with Matt W. Thanks for risking skin, I appreciate you. Bree (up north in Oregon)

What is a woman!
From Ames, Iowa thank you Mike and Matt for getting the message out and helping us understand what is going on and how to prepare us to fight this fantasy indoctrination of the trans agenda. We appreciate your willingness to delve into real world issues facing parents today.

Fantastic, But now to a Dan Carlin Level
Update: 11 Jan 2023, The episode has Matt Walsh as guest. THANK YOU MIKE AND CHUCK!!! UPDATE: It is 22 April 2022. My Second Favorite podcast just featured my favorite podcaster, Dan Carlin. I feel like Ron Swanson coming across the proverbial Bacon Wrapped shrimp. Except I donā€™t like shrimp. Letā€™s go Bacon Wrapped Filet Mingon! Or a bacon wrapped Tri-Tip! Ooo, okay! So a smokehouse brisket with bacon, but served with Asparagus, grilled pineapple, and loaded mashed potatoes. Alright. I got my analogy down. This is one of the best episodes in a long line of amazing episodes. I love Hardcore History. Dan Carlin is fantastic. To have these three sit down and chew the fat about so many subjects! My goodness. Listen to this episode! Listen to it!

A short attention span, expanded!
Originally, a short form podcast for those of us who enjoy such things, Mike and Chuck have adventured into the world of, dare I say, normal podcasting! These two are wonderful interviewers, dousing each experience with humor and aural wonder.

Mike is the man
Mike Road is amazing at everything he does. And his mom is pretty cool to. šŸ˜‚

Love this podcast
Consistently smart, informative and entertaining.

Great show
I really appreciate Mike and his ability to communicate well. Also to speak thoughtfully and with common sense. Itā€™s also refreshing to hear him tackle big subjects with respect and modeling how to have a conversation with someone you may not completely agree with. A lost art, but a necessary skill.

One of my favorite people
You donā€™t get more reasonable and impartial than mike.

Brings a Smile
Without a doubt, this program always gives me a laugh and smile. Itā€™s also an immersive learning experience. Thereā€™s nothing like walking away from a program, knowing something new, and being able to share it with others. Grateful.

Great stuff
Mike and chuck are always entertaining and thoughtful. They bring on interesting guests and bring out the best in them.

Matt Walsh
I have been listening to Mike Rowe for many years. I love the podcast. I learn a lot. I like listening to Mrs. Rowe and I can see where Mike gets his good values. Having Matt Walsh on the podcast was amazing. Iā€™m so happy that three guys with good values, practical and ā€œsimpleā€, yet thoughtful ideas came together to have an important discussion. Thank you!

Just what I needed
The podcast from Mike and Chuck offers such diverse topics with raw honesty Mikeā€™s curiosity and ability to synthesize the guests story is delightful !!n

Saving the World, One Podcast Episode at a Time
Matt Walsh is awesome!!! ā€œWhat is a Woman?ā€ really is a great movie documentary! Iā€™m surprised he didnā€™t mention his book ā€œJohnny the Walrusā€ā€¦

What IS a woman?!?!
A very thought provoking episode to say the least! All I can say is Thank You & keep them coming. Wishing both you & Chuck a blessed and prosperous 2023! šŸ¤—šŸ˜˜šŸ˜Š Toni B. (Jesus lover, mother, veteran, woman) Cumberland, Virginia

Always learn something
Although a little longer, well twice as long as normal, I found myself unable to turn it off and became engrossed with the conversation with Dan Carlin. I enjoied the podcast with it's earlier format of the Paul Harvey style stories but would usually get to the podcast later in the week. With this current format that has a weekly guest I find myself having to listen as soon as it is released. Have to add that the latest guest Matt Walsh is sure to stir the pot. I have seen ā€œWhat Is A Womanā€ and loved it. Great guest

Hard work does not go unnoticed!
Thank you for being you!

110% Vocabulary Increase!
I absolutely love this podcast. Mike and Chuck do a wonderful job and have some of the best guests on. Iā€™ve learned so much and stay entertained! Thanks for continuing the Lords work!

Best podcast out thereā€¦. Period
I was late to discover Mikeā€™s podcast but it didnā€™t take long to binge them all and catch up. The only bad thing now is I have to wait for new episodes to be released instead of having an endless backlog. Truly engaging entertainment on just about every subject under the sun. Mike could be talking about dust bunnies and I would still listen. Update: Love the new format and your Mom is awesome. Canā€™t get enough of the barber shop commercials and I sing along with the new 5 star review tune (former University of Illinois Varsity Menā€™s Glee Club Member from back in the late 80ā€™s).

Mike, youā€™re my husbandā€™s nemesis
Let me just say, I love Mike Rowe, his mom, his shows, his missionā€”I could keep going. Itā€™s gotten to the point that I talk so much about Mike, his podcast, etc, that my husband just gives me a squinty-eyed look & mutters, ā€œMy nemesisā€ (itā€™s become a running joke between us). Christmas was a Mike Rowe love festā€”I gave my mom all of Peggy Roweā€™s books, my dad got Mikeā€™s book & I gushed so much about the podcast that now my brother & his wife are interested in listening. Iā€™m not a freak or some groupie, I just love what Mike is about & what he stands for. I learn so much from the podcastsā€”things that I never thought about or thought that I would even find interesting. In this divisive culture itā€™s just so wonderful to find someone & something that you agree with and can promote and feel good about supporting. I could go on but I donā€™t want to sound like too much of a fan-girl! But I do want to thank Mike & Chuck & everyone else involved in putting this wonderful show out to bless those that hear it. Thank you Mike for promoting & supporting us blue-collar men & women. Thank you for all of your hard work & your teams hard work. Iā€™m so blessed by all that you do. And even though youā€™ve become my husbandā€™s ā€œnemesisā€, heā€™ll wholeheartedly admit to being a big fan too! May God continue to bless you & the work that you do.

Love the Podcast
I have been listening for awhile now and I love how the has show evolved. Keep doing what you do.

TCAP
I just listened on January 4, what a great way to start the new year. It sort of reminded me of the show you used to do on FBā€¦wonder if this podcast could do something similar to that, just once and a while. Even though we donā€™t get to meet all the people?
