Even that 5,000-year-old mummy, Otzi, that they found frozen in the Alps, he had his ears pierced. Now, some people pierce their ears to show off status or wealth.

So, I guess to celebrate today, you can go get your ears pierced if you haven't done it yet, or you can add another piercing to them. You know what? All right, what happened on September the 2nd? 1666, the Great Fire of London happened. Thomas Farner, he was a baker. Now, he supplied bread to the Royal Navy, and he baked personally for King Charles II. Well, his house with the bakery attached was on Pudding Lane over in London. One night, his living was always stayed burning.

Yep, it officially ended World War II. Same day over in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, he declared Vietnam's independence from France. Well, we know how that turns out.

She was in prison for eight months. Then she was given a full pardon as a regular citizen. Yep, no monarchy privileges or nothing. She was born in Honolulu in 1838. Now, she only reigned from queen. Yeah, she only was in charge from 1891 to 1893. See, her brother had been king, but he died unexpectedly. So, yeah, she had to take over for him. And that's when the United States, yep, they decided to make their move. Lily Yucolani. She did marry a white guy from the mainland in 1862. He died in 1891. She died from just overall bad health in 1917 at 79 years old. Now, after she was overthrown, she did take the United States to court for taking all of her land. She was born in Denver, Colorado in 1938. She's most known for voicing Mrs. Puff on SpongeBob SquarePants. She's done that since 1999. She voiced on the Smurfs from 1981 to 1989. She was actually on the TV show Different Strokes from 82 to 86. Some movies she was in were Semi-Tough, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, and Let's Be Cops. That was Billy Preston.

He played on albums from everybody. from the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Little Richard, Everly Brothers, you name them, he probably played keyboard on one of their albums. Now, he had a little success as a solo artist in the 1970s. yeah they had nothing from nothing strutting fancy lady now the only person in the music industry that billy told that he was gay was keith richards yeah from the rolling stones probably figured that keith wouldn't remember it no way well keith remembered and he actually didn't tell anyone billy did come out as a as gay a couple years before he died in 2006 at 59 years old from kidney failure Actor Mark Harmon is 75. He was born in Burbank, California in 1951. In college, he was a starting quarterback at UCLA for two seasons. Graduated cum laude and then went into acting. First got known on the TV series St. Elsewhere, then Chicago, then NCIS. He was on NCS from 2003 to 21. Some of Mark's movies were Summer School, Wyatt Earp, Freaky Friday. Mark and actress Pam Dobber married in 1987. They have two sons. Mark's dad, he was a really famous sports broadcaster named Tom Harmon.
