5:02 Artist Grandma Moses. She was born Anna Robertson in Greenwich, New York in 1860. Then when she was 27 years old, she married Thomas Moses. They lived on a farm. They had 10 children. Only five of them actually survived infancy, though. Thomas, he died in 1927. So Grandma Moses and one of her sons, they ran the farm. Now, most of her life, she would sew embroidered pictures for her family and friends and that kind of stuff. Then when she got to about 76 years old, her arthritis in her hands were so bad, she couldn't embroider anymore. So she started painting. Yeah, paintbrushes are a lot thicker than needles. She painted landscapes and scenes of rural American life. She painted over 1,500 paintings, and then she decided she better start selling them. So she sold her first paintings for $ 3 and $ 5 each.

5:59 Later on, she sold them for $ 8, 000 and $ 10, 000 each. A couple years ago, one of Grandma Moses' paintings sold for $ 1. 2 million. She died in 1961 at 101 years old. Actor Peter Lawford, he was born in London, England in 1923. He was in the original Ocean's Eleven, The Longest Day. He was in a bunch of movies. He was part of the Rat Pack, you know, with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin and all those guys. Then Peter, he really got famous when he married Patricia Kennedy. That meant that John and Bobby Kennedys were his brother-in-laws. They were married for 12 years. They had four kids together. Peter married his fourth wife just a couple months before he died in 1984 at 61 years old. He had a lot of years of some really hard drinking. Yeah, it got him. Both his kidney and liver, they all quit working. Now, you might not recognize the name Don Messick, but you would recognize his voice. He was the voice of Scooby-Doo.

6:47 Bam Bam Rubble, Astro the Dog on the Jetsons, Yogi and Boo Boo Bear, Papa Smurf. Yeah, a lot more. He voiced from 1941 to 1996. He was born in Buffalo, New York in 1926. He got married in 1949. They were together until he died from a stroke in 1997 at 71 years old. Buddy Holly, he was born in Lubbock, Texas in 1936, started out as a country singer. Then in 1955, this guy came to Lubbock and he was going to do a show there, but he didn't have an opening band. But he said, yeah, I'll open for him. Well, after Buddy watched Elvis Presley perform, yeah, he immediately switched from country to rock and roll. Now we all know how the Buddy Holly story ends with the plane crash.

She was born in Newark, New Jersey. She still performs. Some of her big hits are Never Can Say Goodbye, I Will Survive, Let Me Know, I Am What I Am. Gloria, she was married from 1979 to 2005. Divorced, he didn't die. Actress Julie Kavner was born in Los Angeles in 1950, so she's 76 today.

She also voices Marge's mom and both of her sisters. She's been in six Woody Allen movies, if you want to see her act. She lived with her boyfriend from 1976 until he died in 2022. No one's sure if they ever actually married. I got a smile for everyone I meet. As long as you don't try dragging my bed, dropping the bomb on my seat.

Yeah, that's some Pretenders hits. Chrissy, she had a daughter from Ray Davies. Remember him? Yeah, he was the lead singer for the Kings. Then she married Jim Kerr. He was the lead singer for the band Simple Minds, and they had a daughter. Then she married a Colombian sculptor just for a couple years. Actor Corbin Bernson is 72. He's born in North Hollywood. He first really got known playing Arnie Becker on L.A. L.A. Law. Then he was in Psych and The Resident. Some of his movies were the Major League movies, the Dennis movies, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Corbin, he married his second wife in 1988 and they have four sons. Get this, Corbin, he has over 9,000 snow globes. It's one of the largest snow globe collections in the entire world. That was Jermaine Stewart. He was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1957.

Now, he had a son and a daughter with his wife, and then he had another nine kids from seven other women. He died from AIDS in 1995 at 30 years old. Actor Shannon Elizabeth is 53. She was born in Houston, Texas. She got famous for playing Naughty in the American Pie movies. Then she did a couple Jay and Silent Bob movies. Scary movie.
