We talk about God's Miracles through dogs, rosaries and Mary. October-Mary and the rosary are celebrated

Our Lady of the Rosary is October 7.  It is to commemorate the anniversary of the defeat of the Muslim navy in the Otteman Empire by a Christian coalition of ships in the Battle of Lepanto, 1571.  The miraculous win by the Christians ended Muslim control of the Mediterranean and surrounding area.  The victory is attributed to prayers and Processions of the Rosary  confraternity in Rome.

Our Lady oF the Rosary Prayer - Our Lady of the Rosary, faithful Mother and powerful intercessor, draw us closer to your Son through the prayer of the Rosary.  Help us to meditate on the mysteries of Christ's life, to persevewre in prayer, and to entrust ourselves to your maternal care.  Pray that we may grow in holiness and bring peace and love to our homes and communities.  Amen
